ABOUT THE OWNER
Mark Lorance is the owner of Nitro Home Inspections, located in the
Murfreesboro area. Mark has been a licensed inspector in the state of
Tennessee since 2015, License #1273, and is a member of ASHI and the
Middle Tennessee Assoc. of Realtors, as well as the Home Inspectors of
Tennessee Assoc. He has completed over 200 home inspections and has
over 30 years of building experience.
As a company, our dedication to quality, customer-focused service is what

possible to our customers, allowing every homeowner the peace of mind that comes with preventative care.
We specialize in home and condo inspections in the Middle Tennessee area and have a Sentri card for entry. A full, detailed report will be provided once the inspection has been completed; this will be provided electronically via email.
