I am Mark Lorance, the owner of Nitro Home Inspections, based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. I have been a licensed home inspector in the state of Tennessee since 2015 (License #1273). Over the course of my career, I have conducted more than 1,450 home inspections and bring over 40 years of experience in the building industry to every inspection I perform.
